Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The widget is a single floating button — no theme integration needed. Tested with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Astra, GeneratePress, and most modern WordPress themes.
What language does it answer in?
Whatever the visitor types in. The bot replies in the visitor's language, even if your site is in English only. We don't translate your content — we answer in their language using what's on your pages.
What happens if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Then it offers to take a message — name, email, what they wanted to know. That lands in your Leads tab with the full transcript attached. No hallucination, no made-up prices, no 'as an AI I cannot'.
Where does the data live?
Your content, conversations, and leads sit in our database (Supabase, EU/US regions). The chatbot brain is Anthropic Claude. Embeddings are OpenAI. We do not train on your data. Disconnect or delete from your WordPress dashboard at any time.
Will my site get slower?
No. The chat widget is loaded async after the page renders. The bot itself runs on our servers, not yours — your WordPress just hosts the widget.
Is there a free tier?
No. The 30-day Pro trial gives you the full Pro product so you can decide on real data, not a demo. After day 30 you need Pro ($20/mo) or Agent ($49/mo). If you don't subscribe, the widget pauses — your data stays exactly where it was so you can reactivate any time. We chose this over a permanent free tier because crippled free tiers waste everyone's time.
Can I cancel?
One click in your WordPress admin. You keep access until the end of your billing month. No retention dance, no "are you sure?" maze.
What about GDPR?
Visitor IPs are stored against conversations and anonymised after 90 days. Visitors can request deletion via your support address; that triggers a hard delete on our side. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
