Terms of Service
1. Accepting these terms
By installing, activating, or using the BitBot WordPress plugin (the "Service") provided by youami.ai ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the Service.
2. What BitBot is
BitBot is a WordPress plugin. It adds:
- A chatbot trained on your site's indexed content.
- An AI post drafter (from topics, URLs, or files).
- A contact-form builder and a lead inbox.
- Content gap analysis and analytics for the chatbot.
- On the Agent tier: a private admin chat surface that can read your dashboard data and execute tools (drafts, lead research, follow-ups, Search Console analytics).
3. Your account and API key
On activation we generate a unique API key for your WordPress site. You are responsible for the security of that key. Don't share it. We will revoke keys we believe are being misused.
4. Pricing
Assistant trial
Every new site gets a 30-day Assistant trial with full access to all features (Pro + Agent). No credit card required.
Pro — $20/month
After the trial, continued use of the chatbot, post drafter, forms, and lead inbox requires the Pro subscription at $20 USD per month. Subject to fair-use caps — published openly at youami.ai/fair-use.
Agent — $49/month
Adds the admin-side AI agent — a private dashboard chat that can read your data and execute tools, including Google Search Console queries. Includes everything in Pro. $49 USD per month, same monthly billing.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your WordPress dashboard, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the current billing month. No partial-month refunds.
Price changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Changes never affect the current billing period you've already paid.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use BitBot to:
- Generate spam, scams, or anything that breaks applicable law.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service.
- Resell access or wrap us as a white-label product without written permission.
- Bypass rate limits with automation.
- Generate content that infringes someone else's IP.
- Generate defamatory, harassing, or threatening content.
- Pass off AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is legally required.
6. Content ownership
Yours stays yours
You own your site content, your chat history, and your generated posts. We hold a narrow licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you.
Generated drafts
Posts the drafter creates belong to you. We make no warranty about originality or accuracy — review before publishing. Same rule as any other AI tool.
7. Third-party services
BitBot uses Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (embeddings), Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting), and — where you optionally connect them — Google (Search Console). Your use of BitBot is subject to those providers' terms too. We're not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
Google integrations
Where you connect Google Search Console, you authorise BitBot to query your Search Console data on your behalf via Google OAuth 2.0. Revoke at any time from the Integrations panel inside BitBot, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of data obtained from Google APIs is governed by the Privacy Policy, which complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements.
8. Warranties — none
The Service is provided "as is". We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We don't warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content — that's on you to review.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, youami.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify youami.ai against any claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
11. Availability
We aim for high uptime. We don't guarantee 100%. Maintenance windows may briefly interrupt service. We're not liable for downtime.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use BitBot in a way that damages the Service. You can terminate any time by cancelling and removing the plugin.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are dated on this page and, where they affect your account, emailed first.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, where youami.ai is based. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
